The Dhamma Aid Foundation has been running the Women & Child Welfare Program for several years, focusing on advocacy, protection, and empowerment.

- Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005
- Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961
- Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006
- Awareness to remove bias against girl children and improve sex ratio
- Programs to prevent trafficking, abuse, and exploitation of women and children
- Support for economic and social empowerment of vulnerable women
- Relief, rehabilitation, and skill development services for disadvantaged women
- Gender-sensitive training, research, and policy awareness initiatives
- Efforts to provide care, protection, and development for:
- Children in need of care and protection
- Children in conflict with law
